We want you to be happy with Kept. If you're not, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original payment — no questions asked. This applies to first-time subscription payments on any Kept paid plan.
Renewals
After the initial 30-day window, subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, but we will consider partial refunds in good faith for unused time when the service was unavailable due to an outage on our side, or where required by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel from your billing page before the next billing date — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
How to request a refund
Our online reseller, Paddle.com, is the Merchant of Record for all Kept purchases and handles refund processing. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Contact us through our contact form and we'll help you get it processed with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and usually takes 5–10 business days.
